The cuts on the back of the purple portion of her outfit, as well as the segmenting of the skirt though does have me optimistic about some skirt tech implementation. Especially now looking at the light bow shot and seeing how it holds with a wide-legged stance(assumedly).
As for the other point, I feel she's easily justifiable as a single piece. Though I admit bias, as her design is my favourite for Zelda.
