I can be angry if my toy breaks from falling 3 inches onto particle wood desk. This didn't even happen ONCE. It happened THREE TIMES, from three different figures over 5 years.

I can criticize their toys for having ball joints and it literally having the range of a swivel joint.
What's the problem with decrying them for not spending the money to do any sort quality control testing, which would have prevented these COMMON issues before they even shipped out of the factory?
