Its name is a reminder of the large scale failure of the line. All throughout the line you could buy figures for half price that were a few months old.
The only expensive figures were red rangers. Every other figure pretty much flopped except mmpr blue, green, and white.
Whatever is next isn't LC. It will likely be 7 inch, 4 inch, or an entirely different 6 inch line (ex. comic styled or flip heads)
And to think, this all acoukdve been avoided if you bought the monsters

Factually the monsters were the best figures with zero part reuse.
