I like him well enough. I don't understand why they skimped on his arms though. They could be a little beefier, and definitely more articulated. The fake fender shoulder pads are also a strange move, as they could easily have left the real fenders there and slightly rotate them, and it'd look a lot more secure.
I also think the original face sculpt had an open mouth like the previous generations kup, then they just "closed" his mouth on the model, which is why it looks so strange.
