Was thinking about this with the One Piece live action reveals, why don't they include more alternate faces for live action figures? I think they look overwhelmingly ugly in this scale anyways (I'm sure there are exceptions to this) but at the very least having a shouting or grinning face would go so far in giving these figures more soul, even if they still can't nail the likeness. It means they look retarded in most poses that aren't just a generic 'standing with chest sorta puffed out like Im on a movie poster'. Its even worse with characters like Luffy that are so expressive, LA Luffy SHF legit looks lobotomised and dissociative
Its not like I'm upset, I don't like live action stuff in figure form, just really confused. Why for so many of these premium higher end figures do they just do one lifeless sculpt with hardly any actual use in terms of playability or posing when they put so much effort into all their anime releases?
