I get why from a budget standpoint so they don't have to make an entire new leader figure, but they also move the slowest since they're the most expensive pricepoint on the shelf.
Wouldn't it be better to refresh two of the in-demand smaller class figures instead of one leader? like some of the stunticons or Tarn who they would know would be among the more popular figures.
