As an insect Skrapnel is a bit disappointing, none of his legs have any movement or anything.
But as an Insecticon I think he's pretty cool.
Though the use of a bunch of hard angles he recreates the shapes of stag beetle mandibles and abdomen in a way my eyes find pleasing.
Colours are classic insecticon. Yellow, purple, black. What else could you need?
The way the rivets are placed to look like beady little bug eyes is a brilliant move.
Reflector is just a little man laying down that also looks sort of like a camera from some angles.
G1 Shrapnel was handy so I'll use him for comparison. for comparison
