Blue are fuck ups that will be hard to remove, be more careful next time, mostly cement spill. DON'T place the cement directly from the bottle, use a toothpick or something the less the better.
Human figures are hard as fuck to paint and get right, I would recommend skipping them for now even if you get a great looking vehicle they will ruin everything.
