Blurr's got his head swapped in and also replaces all of Drift's blades with guns.
He's a bit bulkier than a Blurr typically might be, with the big shoulders and hip armor, but those same pieces add such great swept back lines to the design.
It's easy to see why they chose to reuse this as Blurr.
The blasters just hide away in the hip armor, same as Drift's smaller swords
The radiated layout of the colour scheme is still mostly present, kinda.
The darkest blue and black are much more present since they're now serving as the torso block and shoulder and thigh assemblies.
The red kneecaps and auto-badge go together. The belt buckle being the only bit of gold is an odd choice.
