With Andra, I think she's OK from the shirt down. Despite the race swap, we can infer from her pre-existing name that she was an Eternos Palace guard, and they wore a green unitard and sensible boots with torso armor, greaves, pauldrons and bracers copied from Man-At-Arms. Recolor her khakis to the same bright green as her undershirt and it makes sense for what's going on in the story.
I don't think her hair makes sense for a Palace Guard-turned-heroic-hobo, though. It's the same dreadlocks Marvel's Monica Rambeau had in Nextwave and has become an I Are Strong Black Woman since then. Give her a crewcut of black girl hair.
Orko is unsalvagable. Let the poor guy keep his old look, or just change the scarf so his shirt no longer has a visible O. That might be the "transparent disguise" visual they're going for in-story, guessing from Roboto's poncho.
