They could always use historical references and have some more Teutonic Knight inspired armor, which could look especially good along with the upcoming horses.
In fact since this the only popular/semi-popular medieval fantasy figure line I wouldn't mind if they took more inspiration from historical armours that otherwise wouldn't get made. I've always liked the beaky helmet and the other one I circled, would be cool to see those.
As for more templar stuff, a proper cross standard would be nice, not as a banner but a solid painted cross. I don't know how good it would look at this scale, but maybe some chain pendants or necklaces that have more templar insignia or those hanging incense things could be help them stand out more too.
