1) Honestly, both genki and nin-nins warehouse option aren't great. I experienced Significant delays with both, to the point that it's just easier to chose ship on receipt and pay the shipping upfront.
2) We just had Obon Festival, so a lot of stores and couriers were closed last week. Hence the backlog and delays we are seeing at the moment.
