>>10145562Dude, I was going to make a thread complaining about them a few weeks ago but got lazy and forgot to. Dorkside just pulled some of this exact shit on me.
- I had numerous preorders with them over the next year, hundreds of dollars of stuff. The first few started arriving, and there were items missing from the box and crossed out on the packing list, but when I checked online, those missing figures were marked as fulfilled and I was still charged for them.
- I contacted them and asked what was up. They apologized, but at that point it had been like 2 weeks since they shipped my order, and in all that time they didn't catch and correct it. I suspect if I hadn't reached out, they would have just kept my money.
- This was all happening after I'd had a similar issue with them in the past, so after two strikes, I was ready to quit. I told them to cancel all my preorders. To which they said that they couldn't do business with PayPal anymore, so a refund was impossible. They offered me store credit and I told them no, I'm trying to leave your store for good, I don't want credit.
- They offered me a physical check, which in my desperation, I accepted. I got it in the mail a week later, cashed it, and I am now free of this shit company. This is a side note, but I also realized that some of my items were not shipped because they STILL are not putting aside any stock for preorders. They wait until the last item in your order is in stock, THEN try to go collect all your shit, and if it's out of stock by then, well, too bad! It's a horrible way to run a business.
