The design language of Elite 2.0 is pretty good for the most part and I like that there are plenty of attachment points. However, the simplified/cheaper construction, failure to take advantage of said attachment points and generally unoriginal blaster concepts has led to a disappointing successor to the N-Strike/Elite/Modulus era.
The Motobltz gets away with its butt-ugly design by being one of the best stock Hasbro blasters in years. The Eaglepoint is pretty decent apart from the apparently common (but easily fixable) issue of the rotation mech not working half the time.
