>>5989055Similar sure. I don't have any problem with Carnifex being considered an IDW inspired Overlord, because it totally is. Just not the one I would personally want. Transformation and engineering-wise he looks great, but stylistically he's just not for me.
I think it's mostly the legs. I kind of hate Carnifex's legs. Both his sins and upper legs have this weird bulbous-yet-pointy look that I don't care for.
Also still too many parallel lines, which I am all burnt out on. The parts that were redesigned (there was that one article talking about his design process, basically the legs are from the original design) look great, but they should have just scrapped the rest of it and started completely over.
