"Shitty non-combat" Seeker sect guys and SW are part of G1's crew, some non-G1 randos under Great I think, maybe some of the -masters.

Uses angolmois/etc stuff, works through puppets like Scorp as mentioned, BW2 Galvs, etc. The planet/universe "resets" each time because the Quints (maybe future humans?) inside the planet are trying to figure out how to defeat this different Unicron. Not sure whether this is a future continuity or something else.
