So I've seen this in some prototype photographs as well as by looking at old valuation maps. You have a turntable and roundhouse, and a track next to the roundhouse that would be used for a coal hopper to provide power to the roundhouse building. However, the only way of accessing this rack is from the turntable itself. Furthermore, the turntable is not long enough to hold both an engine and the coal hopper. So how did they get the hopper off the turntable?
