Honestly my dream splinter would be a figma one, because figma are known to include "alt" posed body parts and I would love a "crosslegged sitting legs" option for him, even if that means paying extra for random ass rat legs that will sit in a box.

Having said that, you could also be right, as you note about how big he has the potential to be, especially considering Bebop and Rocksteady don't have tails, the "extra head" budget might go into the tail in Triceraton's case.
