Legs become legs and the tail is an arm but everything else is different.
I have always liked Scorn's robot mode. The fins and the bucket head are a unique look and, at the time, having a Beast Wars transformation was pretty novel.
One part I do like is how the panels on the legs pop out a bit to embiggen the shins.
I would say "I love how his solid red-ness set him apart on a movie toy shelf" but I know I would be immediately corrected.
