Instead of just having a black leotard besides the armor piece over his chest and the green linework in places, they reused Emerald Twilight Hal/Parallax's lower body. Feels really weird given how much Emerald Twilight Hal/Parallax's design stands out (the legs mostly). It makes no sense to me to palette swap that for someone else since it's so distinctive.
