Pic related is due out in a few months and is on a pale Phicen body, so buying the head loose will be IMO the best option. It's Crossfire Lurker by Very Cool.
You could always buy that Harley Quinn head and costume set from Suicide Squad, wouldn't quite be perfect but since she has makeup on it should be too weird.
