We were hyped for every figure and so many of them are now forgotten. Part of the problem is these hobbies become as much about getting something new as things like actually appreciating each individual piece. I think as time goes on the window of time to appreciate each figure gets smaller and smaller. Additionally, this board as a whole has always been obsessed with whatever is the flavor of the month. Its more a discussion of the hobby’s current events than anything else
