The Sky Striker is by far the most iconic Joe plane, but if they did a 1:1 upscale of the original it would be the size of an actual RC jet which would make it very expensive, and I don't think you could shrink down an F-14 to the size of the classified Rattler without either making the cockpit look whimsically large or changing it to a one seater like the 25A version. The Conquest is not as iconic but it would be similar in size to the flyers that Hasbro has already made.
The dark horse candidate is the Storm Eagle, which I personally rather like the design of and it was the plane I actually owned as a kid, but I kind of doubt Hasbro would go for it because it's a less well remembered plane and obviously a big part of it was the squirt gun gimmick, which wouldn't fly on an adult collectible so it would be a more thorough re-imagining of the original toy than the other options.
