Articulation on MS Prime is good. The shoulders work exactly same way as MP10, and you can bring the arms forward a bit. Head is designed the same way too.
Full finger articulation, though the wrist is just a swivel. I wish you could tilt the hand at the wrist but I guess it's something they didn't think of (sucks it's such a rare PoA).
Arms got the ole double jointed elbow, though only the bottom joint is really needed for a near 180 degree bend. Knees can just completely do 180. The feet are about the same as MP10 as well, though they can't really tilt back because of the boxy shins.
I guess the hips are the only real let down in terms of articulation. Even if you move the diaper out of the way the legs still only go out about this far before they thighs hit against something else. It's pretty much about as much range as MP10...
