>>7088840Good acrylic paint. Citadel, tamiya, vallejo. Avoid enamel. Thats why the customs look bad half the time. Get some good acrylic paints and a good top coat. I suggest citadel hard coat.
Brushes dont matter too much. A set from hobby lobby will work. Try to go with finer tips.
Sculpting isnt my forte. You can try green stuff or some air dry clay. Im not sure what tools you need but nothing too fancy,I bet a decent starter set would do fine.
I did a little searching today. Didnt find halo heroes series 8 but did score 2 of the new drop pods and a shields of requim set on clearance.
