Super7 and Ramen have a vague working relationship, and Ramen has claimed that Super7 bought the rights(not licensing, bought the the dead IP) to Mask off of Hasbro, which is something that neither Super7 nor Hasbro has even announced.
Either way, Super7 seems to have a real good team negotiating their licenses, as people have theorized when they managed to snag the rights to do all the kaiju for Godzilla, which Neca in the past said they were never able to do. Same with them convincing Hasbro to let them make toys of their IPs.
