>>9978182It's a single overlay piece going all the way up to the diaphragm joint. If you really wanted to remove the skirt you'd have to cut it or remove the whole thing and do something with the waist.
The hip piece is quite standard looking, in orange plastic (i.e. gold but not shiny). The inner waist piece is white. I presume that both would look a bit too slim without the overlay.
Speaking of cuts, what I did was some vertical ones.
