I'm also slightly, and I emphasize *slightly*, bummed we didn't get a modern Hydra troop builder with all those crazy things they use, but that's a ridiculous thing to think. Honestly, if we're gonna be talking MCU troop builders, we've got Chitauri, Ultron Drones, Iron Legion and Hammeroids to cover before we get to modern Hydra.
