How did kids in the 90s survive collecting Matchbox in the Tyco era? There's some good models in here I do want to own such as the Probe GT or Ford Mondeo, but all the ridiculous designs on each car for a few years that scream 90s aesthetics look ugly on the model. It makes me glad I grew up collecting in 2004 when hero city was about to die and Matchbox rebranded back to a golden era. I like that they seem to be entering that renaissance again past few years. 2012-2016 were lacking and had way too many fantasy stuff and also had ridiculous color schemes and designs (though I do like them better than the 90s ones)
