If it's the former then it's a toss up between what you want, the Titans return figure is probably the current best, but if your autistic like me, him being a headmaster is the main reason not to bother with it. The other is the Power of the Primes Leader Rodimus Prime, which kinda sucks as a Rodimus Prime, but it has a smaller inner Hot Rod figure which looks acceptable, but he ends up being pretty tall. Personally I'm still waiting for something better for both Hot Rod and Rodimus Prime.
