>>9739325It isn't though. Capcom's artists were no joke, which you can see in higher-resolution caps from that game. They drew Dutch just fine, and the artwork is masterful. NECA are the idiots for misinterpreting the style so badly. His eyes are in shadow, not fucking squinting lines. And this actually would have been a fitting time for their cel-shaded paint style (which they actually used elsewhere on this figure!!) rather than this grubby, paint-rubbed look on his face. It's just bad decisions all the way to the bottom.
