So I complained to Mattel that for a Collector doll the quality was shit, after a few days I didn't get a response so sent the doll back to Amazon for a refund which I got. Then not expecting anything more of it, Mattel responded over a week later saying they had sent me a replacement (as standard back then) and a $50 voucher as an apology to spend on other Mattel products at TRU and such.
