>>11633843Well if you are going to use a hot nail to melt plastic then be sure to be precise. You might be confusing a vise-grip and a pin vise. A pin vise is a little hand drill like in the picture attached. So you don't melt anything
A vise-grip is a tool like pliers that locks in and yes you could put a nail there and heat it to the point it will melt plastic, but be careful and use a tiny nail. You could damage the plastic if you go trough it and also that stud would be kinda hard to get right. But it can be done.
