Initially we saw the 3.75 inch boom from this, but because those figures costed 8 to 10 bucks on average, a slew of more economic toylines began to spill out. Batman and Spiderman have had off and on 5 inch lines every year for the last 15 years. Even outside of that, you had revivals like tmnt2012 or thundercats 2012 crop up and revitalize that scale even further. By the mid 2010's, 5 inch had become the standard scale for action figures geared towards elementary school aged kids. Origins has had the luck of coming along this late to the game to capitalize on all that excess wealth of vehicles and accessories. Im telling tou all, start buying up tmnt2012 vehicles for cheap while you can, because they go together great with origins. Same goes for every batman line frok brave and the bold to the mission series.
