>>9556662This is normal form factor for GSC/Max Factory reveals. You'll have something that's a guaranteed release that'll probably be up for preorder within a month or two (ie: Shin Getter 1), stuff that's definitely getting made down the line due to success of past releases (Full Powered Gridman, combined Rayearth, probably the Patlabor stuff), some stuff with painted prototypes to say "We're really considering this one you guys" (Tzendorg, Big O, the Power Loader, Giant Robo), and the stuff that didn't get a physical prototype at the show (Vilkiss, Lio de Galon, the Granbelm mechs, etc) that may get made in the future but there's a greater than 0% chance that they'll go to the great trash bin in the sky. For example, this pic is from Summer WF 2018, and every figma in this image except for Priss & her Motoslave were released within a few years after these prototypes were shown.
tl;dr most of these reveals will be released through 2022/3, some might get pushed back as far as 2024, and some might not even get released at all.
