>>8448517>You literally cut up the pics for no reasonNo, I cut out the parts that are similar to help demonstrate that they do indeed share the same basic aesthetic. You can't deny what Mattel is doing when they even used the same names. That's like when Disney released Aladdin or The little Mermaid for the first time in the 90s, and knock off companies just "spontaneously" started releasing Mermaid and Arabian Genie doll, but they would go to their graves screaming that it's was just a simple "coincidence" and that the new Disney movies had nothing to do with them releasing Mermaid dolls with red hair a year after The Little Mermaid was released to theaters.
>Do you want me to cut up an irl fashion model photo and put it next to both of them so we can see the same source they used? Please feel free to do so. That's what these threads are for.
>And once again nobody owns candy and swag. While it's true that nobody owns those names the fact that Mattel used those very specific names within such a short time frame from MGA releasing dolls with the almost exact names isn't a pure coincidence. What also isn't a coincidence is that the Barbie dolls that Mattel gave the names to have very similar outfits to their OMG counterparts.
