You can fucking -ASK- them, "Hey, did I get this right?" and they're like, "yeah, yeah, sure" and it has a chance to get sent back.
I want to commission a faceup from someone in the UK, but the head I want them to do it on is $400ish and they would have to pay customs fees on that, since I would want to insure it at its full amount in case it gets lost. That is the only reason I haven't commissioned them.
I also feel like shit when shipping costs 3x more than the item they bought.
