I saw this 1:24 Sherman a while ago at my local toy store and just fell in love with it so I took it home
I finally got around to seeing if Franklin Mint makes more detailed military vehicles but sadly the rest of their products are just normal civilian cars
I was anti-armor infantry in the Marine Corps so military vehicles, especially armor, are extremely interesting to me
If I had the time I would be building and painting models 24/7 but between work and kids I'll have to settle for extremely detailed diecast models
My question is if you guys know of any other manufacturers who make similarly detailed diecast models of military vehicles
At 1:24 this thing is seriously impressive, so I'd like to find more at that scale or even bigger
The more features the better, I don't intend on using these as paperweights, especially as my kids get older I'd like to kindle their interest in mechanics and engineering
