Welp, my Pyro Jack came in, and he's missing a paint app on one of his pupils (doesn't photograph that well, but it's a lot more noticeable in person). GSC support said that it "falls within range of quality deviation" and basically told me to fuck off. I'm guessing I'm screwed short of buying another and selling off the busted one? Between that, the loose stand, and the paint transfer issues with the alternate Jack Frost body, they kinda shat the bed on this one.
