As for a cool figure for someone unfamiliar with toku, I think you really can't go wrong with Abyss. He was my first Figuarts at a time I was still unfamiliar with the series (still haven't seen the show he's from, even a couple years later) but he's a sp[spectacular figure. Sculpt, articulation, accessories, paintjob, all excellent. And he goes for stupidly cheap for what a great figure it is. 100% recommended.
