Since it's 1/12 scale, that would be 57' IRL, or about 4 stories tall. In the comics, his suit can extend up to 290 feet, or about 5 times as tall as this figure. You'd need about 43 Hand ninjas/sets of legs to fully replicate how tall Stilt Man can be in the comics, which would be a 24' tall figure.
