The book, at least, is really good, part fanservice, part college-bros comedy. It's a series about a group of fantasy adventurers who go to review exotic fantasy monstergirl brothels, but each new place actually allows them to have a pretty open conversation about a new sexual kink (and thus have that conversation with the audience).
That picture in particular is of an angel character the main two guys are friends with, he's the innocent and shy young guy cliche, but he's starting to become more pervy as he hangs out with the two main guys.
