So the plan is the base enamel aircraft colors (Matt or gloss), then a gloss enamel varnish only under the Decals if needed.
After decals are on, then a gloss acrylic varnish over the whole thing, then bring out the oil+thinner wash for the panel lines and clean it off with white spirit or thinner, then a bit of oil weathering here and there. At this point is the model painting done or does the oil need yet another varnish coat over it?
I'm sorry if this is a stupid reply but I'm not a smart person and I really need a clear as crystal plan before I do complex shit like this.
