NECA would do the line infinitely better since they'd have better paint and plastic quality, even if the joints suck, but you could always just replace them with revos if they did. Mcfarlane is the worst option besides 2010 jazzwares for a property like this.
The only figure I'd LIKE of WH40k are these guys, inquisitors I think they're called? But it'd be too expensive for what it is if bandai did it between import fees and other nonsense. And if Todd did it, the coats would be solid chunks of plastic that wouldn't move with poorly designed articulation.
