>>8312486Look for whiteboard gridding tape. It's basically colored, super-thin masking tape. A single strip is probably still too wide for his face, but you can sorta twist and crinkle the tape to make it thinner, especially like where it goes over his nose. Just make sure to leave enough adhesive exposed to actually stick it to his head and you're golden. You can also maybe use this for the wraps around his neck/shoulder area.
I know it's not the exact right green, but that's my best idea.
