>>10032426That's why my Star Wars collection is a complete mish mash. I'm basically rebuilding Wave 1 of the POTF2 line but with better figures, because those were my first Star Wars action figures when I was a kid, and I'll never forget how excited I was when I saw the first photos of them in Star Wars Insider.
My R2-D2 is probably not the "ideal" model since it's the POTF2 one but I like that it has a chrome head, which seems to be a rare feature after that line. I'm gonna pre-order that new Darth Vader figure for the Obi-Wan series because that seems like it's probably going to be the best one with softgoods for the foreseeable future. I'll probably also get the Book of Boba Fett Luke for my ROTJ collection since he's basically exactly the same as in ROTJ. I haven't seen either of those shows and I'm not interested, although I'm not gonna complain if some action figure refreshes I've been wanting come out because of them. It's just too bad that Hasbro cant just refresh classic characters for the movie's sake and need a Disney+ show to be their excuse whenever they do.
