The bad strands could best be described as when companies put tinsel in a dolls hair, and it gets permanently crinkled, and bunched up over time only that it wasn't tinsel, it was just 'normal' hair acting that way.
The bad hand didn't pop off or come lose as I put the fur jacket back on her, but I know it's still broken.
I deconstructed the box perfectly without ripping, anything, and put it back together so I can always slip the doll back inside if I need to.
