Snagged myself a GM Cannon finally, had to eyeball the listings on the JP side of Mandarake to have enough time to get an order in for it though. Fun enough figure to come close to the vanilla GM, but the turning-range on the head being limited by the back antennae is a bit of a bummer still.
>>8516029>>8516031Evolution Spec line never really caught my eye, but FINALLY they used spring pins on the x-booster arm connections to the back. Have the most recent X-2, and the x-booster arms were the let-down of the figure for me as they were loose out of the box; and it's difficult to tighten the connection with out doing something permanent. Kind of doubt it with how Evo Spec is doing so far, but will give a Evo Spec X-2 a shot, well if it happens.
On why it seems off, think it might be Bandai was trying to incorporate the proportions of the manga here. Long face and torso, and sometimes real big shoulder armor could be common in the manga for the Crossbones at times.
>>8521151This is the battler flight support I'd been hoping for since the Fow, can't afford to pre-order it at that price; but I'll keep an eye if Mandarake will get them after release.
>>8521605Looks like it'll be die-cast internals like the Zeta Plus, which could be nice for stability for the transformation; but if Bandai is still reliant on painting the whole Zeta like the majority of Ka Signatures. White sections might turn out to be paint-scratch nightmares.
>>8521855Usually like the MSV colours for the MS-07H Gouf Flight Test Type over the others like the Standard of EFF types, but not exactly a fan of the metallic finishes getting put on some of the MSV figures lately. Dang.
That said, real curious what if that Komyu(blue aircraft under the Gouf) is gonna be part of the Gouf Flight Test Type; of if it'll be another option parts pack?
