>>5249072Honestly something like that is really simple to make yourself. Get some appropriately thick styrene, cust out a small square, drill a ~3mm hole in its center, fit it ono the arm peg, measure and trim off the excess. You will have to paint it though, but black or grey are some of the easiest colors to paint ever.
Or just wait for the materia body since it looks to have something close.
