For me, best is to give her an action figure + punny name, like so many of the men. Like this Sand-Ra OC, whose hourglass figure is a literal hourglass with sand, and then her name is a pun on a common girl's name, following the Evil-Lyn precedent. The one change I'd make is to redesign her head with a hat with a large flat brim, making it possible for the figure to do a headstand to turn over the sandglass.
